PhD Plament Teodosiev - CEO
PhD. Teodosiev has extensive international experience, having acted for the interests of Bulgarian Republic ın Republic of Turkey in particular has spent several diplomatic missions in Istanbul and in Edirne, holding various positions – as vice-consul, General Consul and Consul. In those years spent abroad he has acquired experience and qualifications as an expert regarding Republic of Turkey and it’s specifics, the development of bilateral relations and resolve outstanding issues between the two countries, an expert of Turkish language. He has specialized in international relations and foreign trade at the Institute for Postgraduate Studies at UNWE. In 2012. Successfully completed a second master’s degree-“Protection of cultural heritage “at the University of Library Studies and Information Technologies and currently successfully defended his PhD on “The role of consular relations in the protection of cultural heritage in Eastern Thrace”. He has extensive experience in the Bulgarian economic environment, international projects and successful implementation of projects under European programs.
